Heads Up Group Support (H.U.G.S.) invites brain injury survivors, their loved ones and caregivers to a free inspirational and supportive evening presented by Celeste Racicot. Ms. Racicot is rehabilitation counselor and co-owner of The Oaks Rehabilitation Specialists, an out patient clinic in Thousand Oaks that provides specialized and individualized Neuro and Orthopedic Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies, plus Vocational Counseling.
